All the Pennifex artists are happy to undertake commissions.

Most commissions arise because our customers cannot find what they want in the High Street. The process is very simple; you come to us with your idea, we will take all the details; for example, dimensions, colour, style and most importantly, the budget. This is all fed back to the artist and work can commence.

Mrs Dore from Caversham has commissioned several pieces and has this to say:

"The service I received from Pennifex was very helpful and friendly. I found a piece of jewelry in stock and wanted partner pieces to accompany it. Pennifex took enormous lengths of time and care over the commissioning of the partner pieces ensuring that the colours and large beads were to my liking. Miss Young from Wallingford needed a specific present.  She saw a ring in the shop that inspired her, but the ring wasn't quite right.  So we commissioned one to her exact requirements.  Her comments were:

"I'm delighted with the ring. It's exactly what I wanted, and it took all the worry out of finding the gift.  All I had to do was explain what I had in mind and then wait a few days. Now I've got the ideal present.  Thank you!"
